Whereas Swiss-Event24 AG is intending to sell, by electronic means, tickets to all kinds of events and shows and entertainment packages, and considering that the client is interested in purchasing tickets, the parties agree to the following provisions.
In case of needing to nominate tickets and/or request information from the final customers (event attendees) such as names, dates of birth, ID/Passport, email address, cell phone, user of any application needed to transfer the tickets, it is the customer"s responsibility to send this information to SwisSports as soon as possible, within the deadlines established by SwisSports, being the customer responsible for any problems that may occur if this information is not sent in time to SwisSports. These data will be used only for the purpose of the customer / attendee to the event, to access the event.
DATA CONTROLLER: Swiss Event 24 AG. MAIN PURPOSE: Management of participation in events, as well as their follow-up, documentation and invoicing. Compliance with legal, accounting, tax and administrative obligations. LAWFUL BASES: Consent, contractual relationship, legitimate interests and legal obligation. Prices and availability listed on the website or by email are based considering the 100% filling of the capacity of the stadium. If the booked match is played at reduced capacity and the event organizer is unable to secure tickets in the booked areas due to closures and restrictions, the client will obtain a credit with SwisSports, to use in any event, for the same amount as the order.
If you have purchased tickets for an event that has been cancelled or played behind closed doors for reasons related to COVID-19 or any extraordinary situation, SwisSports offers a credit to use in any event, for the same amount as the order. If the event is postponed and the tickets remain valid for the new date, SwisSports will deliver the tickets for the new date.
No refund if the buyer is unable to attend the event for reasons related to COVID-19 or if the order is executed while restrictions or prohibitions on moving from a particular country at the time of booking, or if such restrictions or prohibitions are issued after booking.
In order to contain the spread of the COVID-19 virus, the Governments themselves, or even the Events Organizers, may have instituted restrictive measures to some destinations and related means of transport.
These restrictions could include:
The public is invited to observe the social distancing in all areas of the entertainment venues and the Ticket Office and to respect the appropriate signs while waiting for their turn. It is mandatory to cover the nose and mouth with the mask until the assigned place is reached. It is also recommended to arrive early at the show venues to avoid crowds.
We kindly ask you to inform all your customers that our company will not be responsible in any way if the customer will not be allowed to enter any event due to the EU Digital COVID Certificate (GREEN PASS) or any other situation outside our company and services. Our company will not be able to provide any refund in case of denied entry to the event country, city, venue or event. It`s client’s responsibility to make sure they have all the requirements to enter the event.
16. Payment Methods
The Customer has two different payment methods:
Credit Card & Wire Transfer.
+3,5% fee for Credit Card payments.
17. Upgrade scenarios
In the following cases, the customer will accept the delivered tickets, without the possibility of exchange or refund to Swiss-Event24 AG, in the following upgrade scenarios:
- Better category or more expensive than requested.
- VIP tickets with 1 or more additional services instead of normal tickets.
- Grouped tickets instead of couples or small groups.
