If the booked match is played at reduced capacity and the event organizer is unable to secure tickets in the booked areas due to closures and restrictions, the client will obtain a credit with SwisSports, to use in any event, for the same amount as the order.
If you have purchased tickets for an event that has been cancelled or played behind closed doors for reasons related to COVID-19 or any extraordinary situation, SwisSports offers a credit to use in any event, for the same amount as the order. If the event is postponed and the tickets remain valid for the new date, SwisSports will deliver the tickets for the new date.
No refund if the buyer is unable to attend the event for reasons related to COVID-19 or if the order is executed while restrictions or prohibitions on moving from a particular country at the time of booking, or if such restrictions or prohibitions are issued after booking.
In order to contain the spread of the COVID-19 virus, the Governments themselves, or even the Events Organizers, may have instituted restrictive measures to some destinations and related means of transport.
These restrictions could include:
